Angelo Cross
Director of Enrichment

Angelo Cross is the Director of Enrichment at Mildred Osborne Charter School. He holds a B.A. in Political Science from Union College in Schenectady, NY, and an M.Ed. in Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment (OST – Out of School Time) from Lesley University in Cambridge, MA.
Angelo joined Crescent City Schools in 2014 and has served in a variety of roles, including overseeing family engagement initiatives, community partnerships, alumni relations, and 8th grade high school transitions at Harriet Tubman Charter. He has also managed enrichment programming, developed and expanded the school’s Personalized Enrichment Program (PEP), and supported the launch of the CCS Sports League as a commissioner.
Throughout his career, Angelo has worked to strengthen campus culture by designing structures such as weekly community circles that help teachers and students build relationships, celebrate achievement, and cultivate optimism for learning and growth. He believes deeply in creating learning environments where students can bring their best and most authentic selves to school each day.
Outside of work, Angelo is supported by his wife and inspired daily by his two sons, Basil and Emerson. In his free time, he enjoys reading graphic novels, going to see the latest Marvel release, and exploring his creative side with film, acting and screenwriting.
