Matt Mosley is a results-oriented education leader with over a decade of experience in instruction, teacher development, and schoolwide academic strategy. He has taught in both New Orleans, LA and Chicago, IL, supporting students across a wide range of academic needs.
Before joining Osborne, Matt served as Director of Academics and Instructional Coach at Abramson Sci Academy in New Orleans East. In this role, he led targeted teacher development that resulted in every teacher meeting or exceeding instructional goals, creating consistent, rigorous classrooms that set students up for success. His leadership contributed to a 5% increase in students scoring Mastery or Advanced on the LEAP assessment. As a classroom teacher, his most recent students achieved a 100% Basic or above rate, with 87% earning Mastery—underscoring his commitment to high expectations and student-centered instruction.
Outside of work, Matt is an avid reader who enjoys discovering new coffee shops around the city.
